Hey, I’m Jo!
And I founded KALEO Way Program NOT because I was suffering from a chronic illness or an autoimmune disorder, but due to plain vanity!

I was thirty pounds overweight, depressed, had low self-esteem, a poor body image, and zero confidence.
Girl, I’ve sat right where you’re sitting, riddled with shame for letting myself go and experiencing mommy guilt for wanting to be more. I’m familiar with the feeling of frustration and defeat because of not knowing where to start. And I know what it's like to try on a hundred different outfits to end up wearing the usual.
I know what it’s like to play it small, to let go of career opportunities because you don’t have self-confidence, to miss out on dates with your husband because you’re unsatisfied with how you look in clothes, and to miss on the irreplaceable moments with your kids because you don’t have the energy to keep up with them.
I’ve been there.
FROM FAT to FINDING PURPOSE
This is why I set off on a mission to learn everything about nutrition, our bodies, and our environment's role in our health.
I read countless nutrition books. Self-experimented with different diets and approaches. I became a Health coach, obtained a Master's in Human Nutrition, and continued my training with the best in the field. Today, I have not only surpassed my weight-loss goals but have awoken my passion and purpose:
To teach women like YOU how to eat properly so you can regulate your weight and promote optimal cellular health, longevity, and well-being.
I created this program with women and mothers like YOU in mind. As a mother, changing my LIFESTYLE has had a profound impact on my kids' health as well.
Through diet alone, I was able to remove all the steroids, inhalers to treat my son’s asthma, and ADHD medication prescribed to him to counterbalance the jitters he’d gotten from the previous concoction.
You see, by EMPOWERING YOU- the queen and caregiver of your home, I increase my impact! It’s sort of a 4 for one deal in which everyone benefits.

During your 60-minute initial consult, we'll dive deeper into your unique story, goals, chief complaints, and symptoms. We'll connect, clarify, and discuss your story and the data gathered. - to better understand your story and "paint" a more comprehensive picture of what's going on at the cellular level and direct us to which area(s) we must prioritize.

I'll review all your data and consider your goals to develop your personalized health roadmap that includes your macronutrient needs, dietary supplements, mindset shifts, and lifestyle changes to help you reach your goals and optimize your health.
